Perennial tree that can grow up to 10 m tall. Leaves are simple, alternately arranged, papery, adaxially glossy and glabrous and abaxially glabrous. Leaf blade is narrowly obovate or elliptic, obtuse or acute at apex, broadly cuneate or rounded at base with entire margin and pinnate venation. Stems are forming zig-zag branching and rusty. %arNs are ZrinNled and ÀErous Zhen stripped off. Flowers are solitary, large and green or \elloZ. Inflorescence a solitary arising at the leaf axils.
